Research Focus
I aim to decipher the regulatory grammar of plant enhancers using high-throughput experimental methods and bioinformatics approaches. I will test how parameters such as the position, spacing, and order of transcription factor binding sites influence enhancer function. The results will support the rational design of synthetic enhancers and enable precise manipulation of gene regulation in plants.
