The aim of CEPLAS research data management (RDM) is the implementation of the FAIR (findable, accessible, interoperable, reusable) guiding principles of data stewardship. CEPLAS research data are organized in form of Annotated Research Contexts (ARCs) developed in cooperation with DataPLANT – the NFDI (National research data infrastructure) for the plant science community. CEPLAS ARCs are stored and shared via the PLANTdataHUB platform as repository for the plant science community. ARCs offer a standardized system for data packaging and annotation to facilitate rich metadata annotation of samples, material, data and computations.

To share ARCs within CEPLAS, please sign up to the PLANTdataHUB and request access to the CEPLAS group.
