Imaging Platform
Imaging is a tool that makes use of basic and advanced microscopes to visualize stained or labeled cellular targets and finally to understand the underlying dynamics or localization of structures in space and time. We would like to improve the quality of imaging through direct support and training of the scientists, tailored to their current needs, establish a superordinate CEPLAS imaging platform for better organization, and establish and strengthen state-of-the-art techniques in light and electron microscopy, (e.g. correlative approaches) on a long-term basis.
