Research focus
At CAi we provide high expertise in light and electron microscopy techniques such as super-resolution methods, fluorescence lifetime imaging microscopy (FLIM) and high-content-screening, scanning and transmission electron microscopy (EM), a broad variety of EM preparation techniques and image data management and analysis, including machine learning and AI approaches. We successfully applied these techniques to a broad variety of different plant tissues.
