Peer Power! mentoring program

Since the start of the new peer mentoring program in April 2022, a total of 10 group leaders from different local institutions (CEPLAS, MPIPZ, CECAD MPI-AGE and MPI Metabolism) have met six times to discuss key topics that concern all group leaders. Dr. Alexander Schiller moderated the meetings, which were a mixture of online and in person meetings, and supported the group during the program as professional facilitator. The group leaders evaluated the program and their new network as very helpful and decided to continue the meetings on their own initiative in 2023. A call for a second cohort of the program is planned for end of 2023.
