Data Science and Data Management

CEPLAS data management builds on the cooperation with DataPLANT, the NFDI (National research data infrastructure) for the plant science community. CEPLAS research data are organized in form of Annotated Research Contexts (ARCs) that are stored and shared via the PlantDataHub as repository for the plant science community. ARCs and the PlantDataHub can support all phases of the research data life cycle – project planning, experimental design, (meta)data collection, data processing and analysis, publishing and sharing, data archiving and re-use. The intent is to relieve researchers from the administrative tasks related to data management.

Research Data Policy

The CEPLAS research data policy builds on the collaboration with DataPLANT, the NFDI (National research data infrastructure) for the plant science community. CEPLAS research data are organized in form of Annotated Research Contexts (ARCs) that are stored and shared via the PlantDataHub.

The policy is available via CEPLAS intranet.

To share ARCs, please sign up and request access to the CEPLAS group in the PlantDataHub.
