New CEPLAS Executive Board

During the General Assembly, Maria von Korff Schmising was announced as the new CEPLAS speaker and Bart Thomma as the deputy speaker.

The new CEPLAS speaker, Maria von Korff Schmising, is head of the Institute of Plant Genetics at the Heinrich Heine University Düssdeldorf. The new deputy speaker, Bart Thomma, is Alexander von Humboldt Professor of Evolutionary Microbiology at the Insitute for Plant Sciences at the University of Cologne.

We thank the leaving speaker, Andreas Weber, and the deputy speaker, Stanislav Kopriva, for their outstanding engagement during the last years!
