The latest Branch out! Career Day, jointly organized by ECRs from MPIPZ and CEPLAS, brought together 60 doctoral and postdoctoral researchers with 12 inspiring alumni from industry, academia, and beyond. The event offered career insights across diverse fields, sparking lively discussions on roles, challenges, and pathways to success. Informal “Get Connected” sessions allowed for deeper conversations, followed by a networking dinner. A huge thank you to all participants and speakers for making it a truly enriching day!
