Congratulations to Susanne Vollmer

We are pleased to congratulate Susanne Vollmer, member of the CEPLAS Graduate School, on successfully defending her PhD thesis “Establishing genome editing in amaranth to understand the betalain pathway regulation and investigate its evolution”.

Susanne completed her doctoral work in the group of Götz Hensel at Heinrich Heine University and Markus Stetter at University of Cologne.
