"CEPLAS Women in Plant Sciences Day" is an annual internal event dedicated to CEPLAS female early career researchers and offers a program that explicitly aims at supporting their career advancement. This year's program combines a scientific talk with a career talk by Prof. Dr. Rosa Lozano-Durán, who shares her path into a leadership position in plant science. The afternoon includes time for informal exchange between CEPLAS senior researchers and ECRs over lunch and a workshop on self-presentation for female scientists, combining practical exercises and examples with a hands-on photo shoot.
