Peer Power!

After starting online, the first on-site meeting of the new peer mentoring program for group leaders took place at the Cologne Biocenter last week.

In the new peer mentoring program, a total of 10 group leaders from different local institutions (CEPLAS, MPIPZ, CECAD and MPI-AGE) form a mutually supportive network to address the specific needs of group leaders through peer mentoring. Dr. Alexander Schiller moderates the meetings as professional facilitator and supports the group during the program. Three group leaders from CEPLAS participate in the program.

The program is jointly organised by CEPLAS, MPIPZ, CECAD and MPI-AGE.
