The first changes concern an update on our achievements so far in promoting equal opportunity. In CEPLAS I we successfully introduced a set of measures to support a better work-life integration and to promote and support our female scientist at different academic qualification stages. These are important accomplishments we want to recognize.
At the same time, equal opportunity and diversity work is a continuous effort, involving all organizational levels. By extending our website with a third area:“Promotion of a gender- and diversity-conscious organizational culture”, we want to present our commitment to continuous improvement towards a gender- and diversity-conscious culture. Planed developments in this area of activity include e.g. workshops on “gender bias in science” “diversity trainings” or engagement in projects promoting underrepresented groups in science.
