Research focus

Smart, automated and dynamic control of synthetic metabolic pathways in microorganisms is aimed using synthetic RNA-devices and RNA-based metabolite-sensors. Particular focus is placed on the engineering of cyanobacteria as a future host for sustainable biotechnology.
